Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored solutions from JP Morgan Chase's suite of products
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and create customized wealth management strategies to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences, including mortgage, credit, and investment services
  • Prospect and acquire new high-value clients within the Monmouth County market through community engagement and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support, including market updates and portfolio adjustments
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and JP Morgan's mobile platforms to enhance self-service capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Active and in good standing Notary certification, or ability to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and financial planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Fair Haven, NJ
