Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning discussions, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth preservation for high-net-worth individuals
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Framingham area through community engagement, referrals, and branch interactions
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless banking experiences, including deposit, lending, and credit products
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to recommend adjustments using JPMorgan Chase's investment research and tools
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners such as investment advisors and mortgage specialists
  • Drive client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and exceeding service expectations
  • Participate in local networking events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Framingham market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain promptly
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and credit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch setting and travel within the Framingham area as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • 3+ years of experience in private banking or serving high-net-worth clients at a major financial institution
