Morgan Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Chase's affluent Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products such as mortgages, credit lines, and investment strategies
  • Collaborate with JPMorgan specialists in investments, small business, and mortgage to provide holistic advice and seamless service
  • Drive branch-based acquisition of new Private Client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and FINRA standards in financial advisory services
  • Build and deepen client relationships by providing ongoing education on market trends and portfolio performance
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for deposits, loans, and investment referrals while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
  • Participate in community networking events in the Georgia Central West Market to enhance JPMorgan Chase's brand presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or insurance license requirements
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and wealth management
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and meet sales and service targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • Experience in JPMorgan Chase's Private Client or wealth management services
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Atlanta
