Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Chase's affluent Private Clients, delivering personalized financial advice and solutions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products such as investment portfolios, mortgages, credit solutions, and deposit accounts
• Collaborate with specialists in investments, small business, and lending to provide holistic financial planning
• Prospect and acquire new affluent clients within the Augusta, GA branch and surrounding Peach Orchard community
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with financial goals and JP Morgan Chase's wealth management strategies
• Drive branch performance by participating in community events and networking to build Chase's brand presence
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies while handling sensitive client information
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase's mobile platforms to enhance their experience
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to advise clients proactively on opportunities and risks
• Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior staff and supporting branch operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in wealth management or banking
• Active and in good standing with state and federal regulatory licensing requirements, including Series 6, 7, and 66 (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
• Ability to work in a branch environment in Augusta, GA, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
• Clean background check and compliance with JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards

• Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
