Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, mortgages, and wealth management products
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and customized financial planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless delivery of JPMorgan Chase's full suite of services
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling investment and advisory services while adhering to regulatory compliance standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely insights and adjustments to financial strategies
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, security features, and sustainable investing options offered by JPMorgan Chase
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all interactions comply with FINRA and SEC regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in the Greater Worcester Area, MA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Fluency in additional languages spoken in the Worcester community
