Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking and investment advice
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities for holistic financial planning, including deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions from JPMorgan Chase's suite of wealth management services
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless client experiences across Hickory Creek and Swisher locations
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients within the community and achieving sales targets for banking and advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and JPMorgan Chase mobile platforms to enhance self-service capabilities
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on market trends and economic updates relevant to their financial goals
  • Participate in community events to build JPMorgan Chase's brand presence in the Hickory Creek area
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Chase's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or securities license requirements
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel between Hickory Creek and Swisher locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in a private banking or wealth management setting
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional certification
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and client relationship management tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client base in Texas
