Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking and wealth management advice
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, including checking, savings, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including retirement, estate planning, and investment strategies tailored to individual client goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Drive branch growth by prospecting for new Private Client relationships within the local community
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for investment performance and adjustments
  • Participate in branch events and community activities to enhance JPMorgan Chase's brand presence in Lebanon, TN
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and optimize service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Active and in good standing Notary certification, or ability to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management
  • Ability to work in a branch setting with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or financial advisor serving high-net-worth clients
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional certification
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and processes
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
  • Demonstrated leadership in community involvement or client relationship building
