Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, investment, and lending products to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and families in the Hillcrest and University areas of Dallas
  • Collaborate with branch teams, specialists, and partners to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients through referrals, community events, and networking in the local Dallas market
  • Conduct financial planning reviews, including portfolio analysis, retirement strategies, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on market opportunities and economic trends
  • Support branch operations by assisting walk-in customers and contributing to team sales targets
  • Educate clients on digital tools and mobile banking to enhance their Chase experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance producer license, or ability to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment serving high-net-worth clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in private banking or wealth management
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, given the Dallas market
  • Advanced knowledge of estate planning and trust services
