Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by deepening relationships with existing clients and referring qualified leads to Chase Wealth Management
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate products like mortgages, investments, and credit solutions
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and JPMorgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, sales goals, and satisfaction metrics
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase-specific offerings to enhance their financial wellness
  • Participate in community events in Austin to build brand awareness and network with potential high-net-worth clients
  • Monitor market trends and provide proactive advice to help clients achieve their financial goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management
  • Active and in good standing with state and federal regulatory licensing requirements, including Series 6, 7, and 66 (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as investments, loans, and deposit accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch setting in Austin, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
