Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to identify opportunities for banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences, including mortgage, credit, and retirement planning services
• Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals through proactive outreach, events, and customized strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the La Mirada community
• Utilize JPMorgan Chase's proprietary tools and analytics to monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and market trends to enhance their financial literacy
• Participate in branch operations, including transaction support and team collaboration to maintain a client-centric environment
• Track and report on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction scores and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
• Valid NMLS registration and ability to meet ongoing compliance requirements
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
• Ability to work in a branch setting with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• 3+ years of experience as a personal banker or financial advisor serving affluent clients
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and tools
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in La Mirada, CA
• Experience in sales and portfolio management within a competitive financial services market
