Collaborating closely with branch teams and specialists, you will identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, upsell integrated solutions, and ensure seamless experiences across our digital and in-person channels. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client relationships, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
• Prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients within the Lake Mead and Rampart branch footprint in Las Vegas
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like mortgages, credit lines, and wealth management strategies
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan advisors to deliver integrated wealth planning and investment advice
• Drive branch-based sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
• Foster a premium client experience by resolving inquiries promptly and escalating complex issues
• Participate in community events in Las Vegas to enhance J.P. Morgan Chase's brand presence
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in wealth management or private banking
• Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve high-net-worth clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Las Vegas, NV

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
• Experience with Chase Private Client programs or similar elite banking services
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the diverse client base in Las Vegas
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Nevada's financial landscape
• Prior leadership experience in mentoring junior bankers
