  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products from JP Morgan Chase's offerings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and tailored financial planning sessions
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including tellers and specialists, to ensure seamless client experiences and cross-referral opportunities
  • Drive branch growth by prospecting new clients within the Lee's Summit community and achieving sales goals for deposits, loans, and investments
  • Conduct financial reviews and portfolio analyses to help clients achieve their goals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and JP Morgan Chase's mobile and online platforms
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely insights and adjust client strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and federal licensing requirements, including Series 6, Series 7, and Series 66 (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Clean background check and compliance with JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications
