Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals through proactive outreach, in-branch consultations, and digital engagement
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services aligned with J.P. Morgan Chase's offerings
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and achieve sales goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and J.P. Morgan's premium services to enhance their financial experience
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to help achieve their financial objectives
  • Participate in community events and networking to promote Chase Private Client in the Madison Avenue area

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with affluent clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced branch environment while adhering to regulatory standards
