Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Marlboro Plaza branch and Monmouth County market through referrals and community engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and insurance products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to deepen wallet share and achieve retention goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Drive branch performance by meeting sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment referrals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and JPMorgan Chase's mobile and online platforms
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on market changes and opportunities
  • Participate in local networking events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the NJ Monmouth County market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6 and 66 (or 7 and 66) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • State-specific life and health insurance licenses, or ability to obtain promptly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit services
  • Ability to work in a branch setting in Englishtown, NJ, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor serving high-net-worth clients
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
