Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including goal setting, risk assessment, and portfolio reviews
  • Drive branch-based sales and referrals for deposit, credit, and investment products to meet individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with branch teams, specialists, and advisors to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC, AML, and securities laws
  • Proactively engage with clients through in-branch, virtual, and community outreach activities in the Trinity, FL area
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to provide timely updates and adjustments
  • Resolve complex client inquiries and escalations while maintaining high service standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or securities licenses (Series 6/63/65 or 7/66 as required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management services
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
