Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and customized service plans
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management strategies aligned with JPMorgan Chase's offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 securities licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client satisfaction goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Dallas, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
