Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities for investments, lending, and deposit products
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, including goal setting and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic banking experiences
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Mount Sinai community through networking and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for life events and financial needs
  • Drive branch performance by contributing to sales targets and client satisfaction metrics
  • Educate clients on Chase's digital tools and secure banking practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Active Life, Health, and Accident insurance license, or willingness to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience with high-net-worth client management at a major financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse communities in Mount Sinai, NY
  • Previous role in wealth management or private banking
