Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch and surrounding Brigham Circle community
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, including investment strategies, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase specialists in wealth management, mortgages, and small business banking to deliver holistic client support
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
  • Drive client engagement through proactive outreach, events, and digital tools in the new build branch
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to recommend timely adjustments and opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to achieve retention and growth targets
  • Participate in branch operations, including opening accounts and processing transactions as needed
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing insights on local market dynamics in Boston

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in a new build location
