Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local community in Bethlehem, GA, and surrounding Northeast Georgia areas
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment products
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Drive client engagement through proactive outreach, financial education seminars, and relationship-building events
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Contribute to the successful launch and operation of the new build branch in Bethlehem, GA, by participating in setup and team training

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment and meet sales and service targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Private Banker or in wealth management at a major financial institution
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
