About the Role

As a Private Client Banker in our new build branch in Georgia South, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and serving a select group of Chase Private Clients while supporting everyday branch customers. This position offers the excitement of launching a state-of-the-art facility, where you'll leverage JPMorgan Chase's world-class resources to deliver exceptional financial solutions. Your focus will be on fostering deep, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice on investments, lending, and wealth management strategies tailored to the unique needs of the local market. In this client-centric role, you'll conduct in-depth financial consultations, analyze client needs, and recommend a suite of JPMorgan Chase products, including J.P. Morgan Wealth Management portfolios, home lending options, and business banking services. You'll collaborate with branch colleagues, specialists, and our broader network to ensure seamless service delivery, especially during the branch's opening phase. Success here means not only meeting sales targets but also contributing to the community by participating in local events and building Chase's reputation as the trusted financial partner in Bonaire. We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For this role, the base pay is $45,000 - $65,000 annually, plus uncapped monthly commission and incentives. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients through branch referrals, community events, and networking in the Bonaire, GA area
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to recommend tailored products like investment portfolios, mortgages, and credit solutions
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic banking experiences during the new build launch
  • Drive sales of deposit, loan, and investment products to meet or exceed individual and branch goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and market trends to enhance satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML standards
  • Participate in community outreach to build Chase's presence in Georgia South
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the successful opening and operation of the new Bonaire branch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6 and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain promptly
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
  • Ability to work in a branch environment in Bonaire, GA, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or financial advisor in a private banking setting
  • Familiarity with Chase's wealth management tools and platforms
  • Experience in new branch openings or build-out projects
  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse clients in Georgia South
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
