Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and credit solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like mortgages, credit cards, and investment portfolios
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, financial planning sessions, and customized advice
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless client experiences in the new Irmo branch
  • Drive client acquisition and retention by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management and advisory services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the Columbia, SC market
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to clients on investment strategies and economic updates
  • Support the launch of the new build branch by contributing to setup, training, and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or insurance license requirements
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch setting with new build operational demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management at a major financial institution

  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases
