Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Medway, MA branch to grow client relationships and assets under management
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop tailored wealth management strategies aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic solutions, including mortgages, credit, and investment products
  • Educate clients on Chase's digital tools, security features, and sustainable investing options
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliant and proactive client servicing
  • Host client events and seminars in the new Medway branch to enhance community engagement
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to all JP Morgan Chase compliance standards
  • Mentor associate bankers to support team development and branch success

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, and banking services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Medway, MA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience with Chase Private Client or similar wealth management programs
  • Knowledge of local Medway, MA market and community networking
