Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and advisory services
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending tailored financial solutions, including lending, deposits, and wealth management products
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless client experiences in the new Pembroke, MA branch
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, analyzing client needs and goals to align with JPMorgan Chase's offerings
  • Drive branch growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols
  • Support the launch and optimization of the new build branch, contributing to setup and operational excellence
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for investment strategies and market updates
  • Educate clients on digital tools and Chase's ecosystem to enhance their financial journey
  • Participate in team meetings and training to stay abreast of industry trends and product innovations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services
  • Active Series 6 and 66 licenses (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship building in a retail banking environment
  • Ability to work in a new build branch setting, adapting to evolving operational needs
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience in private banking or high-net-worth client services at a major financial institution
  • Familiarity with Chase's digital banking platforms and tools
  • Previous leadership experience in branch operations or team coordination
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in the Greater Boston area
