Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and wealth management advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless client experiences in the new Southborough, MA branch
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, financial education, and customized planning
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan Chase products while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to achieve financial goals
  • Participate in the setup and launch activities for the new build branch, ensuring operational excellence
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC and AML requirements
  • Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, and banking services
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients in private banking
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's proprietary tools and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language relevant to the Southborough market
  • Prior experience in a new branch build-out or launch
