Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like checking/savings accounts, mortgages, credit cards, and investment strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and exceptional service in the Waterloo Crossroads District Branch
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and advisors, to deliver seamless holistic wealth management experiences
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving sales goals for deposits, loans, and investment products
