Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management and mortgage services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC and AML protocols
  • Educate clients on digital tools and mobile banking to enhance their financial journey
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive updates on market trends and personalized strategies
  • Participate in community outreach events in the Northside Chicago market to build brand loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in JPMorgan Chase systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced branch environment while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals in a private banking setting
