Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Chase's affluent Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and credit solutions
  • Engage with branch customers to identify opportunities for deepening relationships through comprehensive financial planning
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment portfolios
  • Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management Advisors and other specialists to deliver holistic advice on wealth preservation and growth
  • Drive branch sales goals by proactively sourcing new affluent clients and expanding existing relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps to enhance their Chase experience
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for life events like retirement planning or estate management
  • Participate in community events in Stuart, FL to build Chase's brand and attract high-value clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on client interactions and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Active and in good standing Notary certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and credit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and meet sales and service goals

Preferred Qualifications
