Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment strategies
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and customized service plans
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences across Chase's ecosystem of products and services
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities for wealth management, credit, and advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols in all client interactions
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to provide timely insights and adjustments to financial plans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with Chase Private Client or similar high-touch banking programs
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in the New York area
