Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and advisory services
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including lending, deposits, and investment products
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, consultations, and customized financial planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless delivery of JPMorgan Chase's full suite of wealth management offerings
  • Drive client acquisition and retention by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Chase Private Client benefits and services
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC and AML standards
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, preferences, and portfolio performance
  • Educate clients on market trends, risk management, and long-term wealth strategies
  • Participate in community events and networking to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the New York market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services
  • Series 6 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management services
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
