Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and recommending tailored products such as investments, mortgages, and credit solutions
  • Proactively engage with branch customers to identify opportunities for Chase Private Client services and drive new client acquisition
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including tellers and relationship bankers, to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Conduct financial planning consultations, including portfolio reviews and retirement strategies, in alignment with JPMorgan Chase's wealth management standards
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliant and informed client recommendations
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals for deposits, loans, and investment products within the Portland South Market
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and adhere to all compliance and risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active and in good standing with state securities and life insurance license requirements
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses preferred, with willingness to obtain if not held
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel within the Portland South Market as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking with high-net-worth clients
