Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored banking, investment, and lending products
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals through proactive outreach and exceptional service
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management strategies
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines
  • Drive branch performance by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships

  • Resolve complex client inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in retail banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients at a premier financial institution
