Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses in the River Oaks area
  • Collaborate with JPMorgan specialists in wealth management, estate planning, and philanthropy to deliver holistic financial strategies
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving sales targets for banking and investment services
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan policies, federal regulations, and risk management protocols in client interactions
  • Participate in community events and networking in Houston to expand client referrals and enhance brand presence
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on market trends, economic conditions, and portfolio adjustments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in retail banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, Series 7, and Series 66 securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales in a high-net-worth environment
  • Ability to work in a branch setting in Houston, TX, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • 5+ years of experience serving high-net-worth clients in private banking
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Houston
