Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with branch customers and referring qualified leads to appropriate Chase teams
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, recommend investment strategies, and assist clients in achieving their wealth management goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless banking experiences, including deposit, lending, and payment services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, addressing complex financial inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications
