Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking and wealth management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products such as checking/savings accounts, mortgages, credit cards, and investment services
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including goal setting, risk assessment, and portfolio reviews in collaboration with J.P. Morgan Advisors
  • Drive branch-based sales initiatives to grow client relationships and achieve performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and AML protocols
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to deepen relationships and cross-sell J.P. Morgan products
  • Participate in community events in the Memorial Villages area to enhance Chase's local presence
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Chase's CRM systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and J.P. Morgan product enhancements to provide informed advice

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • Active Series 6 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and client service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, and investment options
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
  • Experience working with Chase Private Client or similar premium banking programs
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the Houston market
  • Previous leadership experience in branch or client-facing roles
  • Knowledge of local Houston financial regulations and market trends
