Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and financial planning advice
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to deepen wallet share and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management services
  • Conduct financial reviews and portfolio assessments to ensure alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance
  • Drive branch-based client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC, AML, and SEC guidelines
  • Utilize JPMorgan Chase's technology platforms to enhance client experiences and streamline service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, and banking services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
