Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, investment, and lending products to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including retirement, education funding, and wealth management strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial services and ensure seamless client experiences
  • Prospect and acquire new high-value clients through referrals, community engagement, and branch networking in Skokie
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines for investment advice
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support, including portfolio reviews and adjustments as market conditions change
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase's mobile app to enhance their financial management
  • Participate in local community events to build JPMorgan Chase's brand presence in Skokie, IL

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state securities and life insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses preferred or willingness to pursue
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch setting with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications
