Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products such as Chase Private Client checking, mortgages, and investment advisory services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and customized wealth planning strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences, including coordinating with J.P. Morgan Wealth Advisors for complex investment needs
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and achieve sales goals for deposits, loans, and investment assets
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, federal regulations, and risk management protocols in all client interactions
  • Educate clients on market trends, economic insights from J.P. Morgan Research, and digital tools like Chase Mobile for efficient banking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-net-worth clients
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC standards

Preferred Qualifications
