Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking and wealth management solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products such as checking/savings accounts, mortgages, credit cards, and investment options
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and customized advice to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial planning, including referrals to JP Morgan advisors for investment and retirement strategies
  • Drive branch growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase mobile app features to enhance their banking experience
  • Participate in community events in Southbelt, Houston, to build brand awareness and attract new clients, with a focus on Vietnamese-speaking communities
  • Monitor client portfolios for life events or market changes, offering timely advice to mitigate risks and seize opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or insurance license requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies of JP Morgan Chase
