Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending appropriate banking, lending, and investment products
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to develop customized strategies aligned with clients' goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences across JP Morgan Chase's ecosystem
  • Drive branch-based sales initiatives, including deposits, loans, and investment referrals, while ensuring compliance with all policies
  • Educate clients on digital tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online banking, to enhance their financial management
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively address life events or market changes to optimize their financial well-being
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to risk management and anti-money laundering protocols
  • Participate in community events in Stapleton, Staten Island, to build brand loyalty and attract new clients
  • Mentor junior staff on client service best practices and JP Morgan Chase's client-centric culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets in a retail banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
