Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including deposits, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and families in the Marysville community
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including retirement, estate planning, and risk management strategies
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients through referrals, community events, and branch networking
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to achieve financial goals
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's digital tools and mobile banking capabilities
  • Participate in branch operations, including transaction processing and team support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 securities licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Ability to work in a branch environment, including occasional evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in a high-net-worth client segment
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools, such as client relationship management software
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another local language
  • Advanced knowledge of credit analysis and lending products for affluent clients
