Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Identify client needs through proactive consultations and recommend tailored financial products from J.P. Morgan Chase's offerings
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new high-value clients in the SW Pittsburgh market and expanding relationships with existing ones
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive wealth management services
  • Conduct financial reviews and planning sessions to help clients achieve their goals, including retirement, estate planning, and investment strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely advice on opportunities within the financial services landscape
  • Foster long-term client loyalty through exceptional service and regular engagement in the Canonsburg, PA branch
  • Support branch operations by assisting walk-in customers and contributing to team sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing financial services roles, such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and client retention goals in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements in the financial services industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7 license or equivalent certification in investments
