Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including goal setting, risk assessment, and portfolio reviews
  • Drive branch-based sales of deposit, credit, and investment products to meet individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial services in the new Taylor Rd location
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC and AML protocols
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through proactive outreach, events, and digital engagement
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide updates on market conditions and opportunities
  • Support branch operations during the new build transition, including client onboarding and education
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a retail banking environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and adherence to JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor serving private clients
  • Series 7 license or CFP certification
  • Experience with wealth management tools and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Alabama
  • Previous exposure to new branch openings or market expansion initiatives
