Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their financial goals and recommending tailored solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Lakewood, CO community, focusing on Wadsworth and Belleview branch location
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, including deposit, credit, and mortgage services
  • Conduct financial planning discussions, including retirement, estate planning, and investment strategies using JPMorgan Chase products
  • Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing support, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling wealth management and advisory services
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase Private Client benefits to enhance their experience
  • Participate in community events in Metro Southwest to promote JPMorgan Chase's brand and services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to all internal controls and risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state securities and insurance licenses (Series 6/63/65 or 7/66, and Life & Health Insurance)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and client relationship goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, and credit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch setting with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in private banking or wealth management
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools, such as client relationship management software
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in the Metro Southwest area
  • Previous success in growing client portfolios and cross-selling financial products
