  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth Chase Private Clients, delivering personalized banking, investment, and credit solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new affluent clients within the Wadsworth and Jewell branch in Lakewood, CO, through community engagement and referrals
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like mortgages, wealth management, and business banking services
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products while maintaining compliance standards
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's digital tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online banking, to enhance self-service capabilities
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to deepen relationships and upsell premium services like Chase Private Client benefits

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to work in a branch setting in Lakewood, CO, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Banker or Wealth Management Advisor at a major financial institution
  • Existing client portfolio or network in the Metro Southwest Denver area
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken in the Lakewood community
