Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like checking/savings accounts, mortgages, and investment portfolios
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, regular reviews, and customized advice
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences, including coordinating with JP Morgan advisors for wealth management
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving sales goals for deposits, loans, and advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC, AML, and FINRA requirements
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and JP Morgan's ecosystem, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to enhance financial well-being and mitigate risks
  • Participate in community events and networking to expand JP Morgan Chase's client base in the New York market
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in JP Morgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies of JP Morgan Chase
