Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fitchburg, WI branch and surrounding Wisconsin West Market
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning discussions, recommending investment, lending, and deposit products tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless client experiences and cross-sell JPMorgan Chase offerings
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively address life events or market changes to optimize financial outcomes
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and performance metrics
• Participate in community events in Fitchburg to enhance JPMorgan Chase's local presence
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for assets under management and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
• Active and in good standing with state securities and life insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to pursue)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
• Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Fitchburg, WI

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a banker or financial advisor in a private banking setting
• Existing client portfolio or network in the Wisconsin West Market
