Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products such as investment strategies, mortgages, credit solutions, and deposit accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive retention and growth in assets under management
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and advisors, to deliver seamless holistic financial planning
  • Conduct financial reviews and goal-setting sessions to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Prospect for new business within the local Yakima community through networking and referrals
  • Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements and Chase's risk management policies
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to clients on investment opportunities
  • Support branch operations by assisting walk-in customers and contributing to team sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and federal regulatory licensing requirements, including Series 6, 7, and 66 (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages in Yakima, WA
  • Previous role in a high-net-worth client service position
