Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Private Client Advisors, managing client inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking, investment, and lending solutions
  • Monitor and resolve client issues related to account management, transactions, and service expectations
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and customized financial planning materials
  • Support the onboarding process for new high-net-worth clients, including documentation and KYC compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction
  • Track client feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for service improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan's product offerings and market trends
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in training sessions and process optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience in private banking or high-net-worth client services at a major financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin for diverse client base in New York
  • Prior internship or role at JPMorgan Chase or similar firm
