Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle for hedge fund and private credit solutions, ensuring accurate execution, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Manage daily operations for fund of hedge funds and multi-manager customized portfolios, including NAV oversight and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with front office, portfolio managers, and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and operational risks
  • Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and anti-money laundering protocols
  • Lead process optimization projects to enhance efficiency in alternatives middle office operations
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement in a $28 billion AUM environment
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence within JPMorgan Alternative Asset Management
  • Coordinate with technology teams to integrate systems for seamless data flow in trade processing
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to JPMorgan's internal controls and policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, middle office, or trade lifecycle management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in hedge fund operations, private credit, or alternative asset management
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience with trade settlement, reconciliation, and oversight in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of SEC regulations, Dodd-Frank, and other compliance frameworks applicable to private funds
