Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, or operational excellence within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Minitab
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and root cause identification
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in banking and financial operations
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Six Sigma
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
